So we couldn’t get the ITG air filter on because my air horns are longer than stock, so I will order those. But the brakes went well, radiator is in. All heater core hoses are replaced, all the fuel tank parts and hoses are replaced. Drove it and didn’t smell gas or exhaust at all, except from the open windows. The wobble noise was not a U joint, it was something in the steering that was loosened and somehow that felt like the rear. This is my friends shop, they do all kinds of cars but they do lots of Zs of all eras. He thinks we need to put a cam on now, we’ll see. So I drove out to Pt Reyes Station and back that way from Petaluma where he lives. That blue car is getting a $8k paint job. His shop does everything so its great, you can restore a car from start to finish. His brother does the body shop side.

Hopefully someday we can get rid of the side trim, fix some little spots and do a nice paint job. But for now she is mechanically new and even has nice brakes so I am good for now. I kind of like not worrying too much about the paint at the moment.

Thanks, its had a few misadventures in the last six months with the heater core hose, wobble noise and the radiator, all changed. We try to go through everything but it takes time.

This one has a tan interior and is getting a grey/blk interior, its pretty nice, turbo.

The further one there is a 240 and has triples and a cam.

No green hills these days, the Petaluma Marshall Rd is awesome in the spring with green hills, then out to HWY 1.

Thanks its just my phone, I wanted to have the long ITG filter on but these are going to stay for a bit. You can see the individual top springs we did, they are nice and make more consistent adjustments.
